Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can own delivery from discovery through launch and ongoing retainers. You will coordinate designers, developers, marketers, and QA across ecommerce, SaaS, B2B, and other client work — keeping scope, budget, timelines, and quality under control while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and resource schedules
- Run stand-ups, internal reviews, client syncs, and status reporting across time zones
- Coordinate design, development, SEO, PPC, QA, and support teams on active engagements
- Manage scope, change requests, CR documentation, and expectation setting with clients
- Lead UAT planning, launch checklists, go-live support, and post-launch handoffs
- Track budget, utilisation, margins, and delivery risks on fixed-scope and retainer work
- Unblock teams on dependencies, approvals, content, assets, and third-party access
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and process improvements where Agile is used
- Prepare SOW inputs, timeline estimates, and resourcing plans with leadership
- Handle escalations calmly and maintain trust with clients during complex delivery
- Document templates, playbooks, and lessons learned for repeatable agency delivery
Core requirements
- 2+ years project management in web, digital, software, or agency environments
- Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects end-to-end across varied industries
- Strong client-facing communication — written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with project tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, or similar)
- Ability to read statements of work, manage change, and protect team focus
- Understanding of web development, design, and marketing workflows at a practical level
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and cross-timezone stakeholders
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with concurrent projects
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (MBA or PMP is a plus)
- Comfort with hybrid, remote, full-time, or part-time engagement
Delivery & Leadership Skills
- Website, app, platform launch, migration, and replatforming project experience
- Retainer, SLA, and support programme management with recurring deliverables
- Risk management, dependency mapping, and recovery planning on delayed projects
- Vendor, freelancer, and offshore coordination without direct line management
- Commercial awareness — scope vs budget, upsell signals, and renewal conversations
Preferred / nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
- Background in development, design, or digital marketing
- Experience with international clients (US, UK, AU, EU time zones)
- Familiarity with CRO, SEO, or paid media project lifecycles
