UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own design end-to-end for clients across industries — ecommerce, SaaS, B2B, healthcare, finance, and more. You will lead research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design systems — collaborating with developers and strategists to ship websites, apps, dashboards, and landing experiences that are usable, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
Job description
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX discovery — stakeholder interviews, audits, competitor review, and user flow mapping
- Define information architecture, page hierarchy, and navigation for complex sites and products
- Produce low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI for web, mobile, and dashboard experiences
- Build and maintain Figma design systems — components, variants, tokens, and documentation
- Design responsive layouts with clear breakpoints and developer-ready specifications
- Apply UX heuristics and CRO principles to key flows, forms, and conversion points
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and client approval cycles
- Collaborate with developers on implementation quality, edge cases, and design QA
- Present design rationale confidently to clients and iterate from structured feedback
- Support brand-aligned visual design — typography, colour, imagery, and layout systems
- Handle retainer work — campaign landing pages, feature UI, banners, and UX improvements
- Stay current on UI patterns, accessibility standards, and design tooling best practices
Core requirements
- 2+ years UI/UX design for web, mobile, app, or digital product projects
- Strong Figma proficiency — auto-layout, components, variants, and dev handoff
- Portfolio showing end-to-end work across multiple industries or product types
- Solid understanding of UX research, wireframing, and usability principles
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and working within developer constraints
- Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, accessibility, and business conversion goals
- Clear communication and constructive collaboration with PMs, devs, and clients
- Organised file structure and documentation habits for team and client reuse
- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or B.Des / M.Des with strong digital portfolio)
- Comfort with hybrid, remote, full-time, or part-time engagement
Design & UX Skills
- Design systems at scale — reusable components for multi-page or multi-product delivery
- Accessibility (WCAG-aware) — contrast, focus, keyboard flows, and semantic structure
- Conversion-focused patterns for landing pages, dashboards, and product onboarding
- Usability testing, heatmap interpretation, and data-informed design iteration
- Cross-platform thinking — web, mobile web, and responsive component behaviour
Preferred / nice to have
- Basic HTML/CSS literacy for tighter developer collaboration
- Motion design or micro-interaction skills (Framer, After Effects, or similar)
- Brand identity, art direction, or illustration capability
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, enterprise, or regulated industries
